Bolzano Villetri is an Italian firm recently launched in France. It has been founded by two experts, a musician and an enthusiastic passionate of sound perfection. Their research spread on more than fifteen years succeeded in the implementation of an acoustic system based on the synergy of innovative electroacoustic concepts centred on the ‘RoundStream’ sound diffusion

There exists in the acoustic speakers market a number of models equipped with drivers radiating either to upper or to lower direction, appealing at the same time to acoustic reflectors radiating the sound on a panoramic mode.

On their speakers, Bolzano Villetri adopted a different system, patented under the ‘RoundStream’ name. By opposition to the systems known so far, the asymmetric sound emission principle by drivers positioned face to a diffuser makes place to a symmetric acoustic emission system, forming on the acoustic point of view, not flat circular waves, but spherical ones. These spherical waves are produced by the acoustic radiation of the speakers positioned face to face and back to back, in a symmetric mode, providing from a precise point in space, a diagram of isotropic acoustic emission, being propagated in the air towards all directions. The other interest introduced by the ‘RoundStream’ technology is the cancellation of parasites vibrations by opposition of motor forces in movement, including on the acute sound adopting a symmetric architecture suspended, being at the same time compact, profiled and exempted of the drawback of the baffles.
In addition to the reduction of the Doppler Effect, the three-dimension sound stream has the advantage of providing a slight dimming of the high frequencies given the distance and the absence of directive effect, more or less marked. This unique advantage translates a sensible augmentation of the optimal listening space in stereophony.
These systems have as a common point the principle of column with symmetric central acoustic stream. They are shouldered in the bass frequencies by a subwoofer. The full range is enhanced by a quality of finishes worthy of the best cabinetmakers of Italian art.

Bolzano Villetri offers two ranges of products, referenced as 3000 and 5000, and adapted either for audio purposes in 2, 3 or 5 channels, or for Home Cinema.
